RE: Nutjob Caitmeig

RE: Nutjob CaitmeigI think the real question is what could Sue have done to prevent getting into this situation. Personally I think that there are certain moral obligations that the Algameplayers/sanchez group have played that lends credence to what has transpired, and supports decisions that were made by Sue management at the time .. note that was with a previous CEO btw. In reality one has to wonder how it could be possible that a sale is made, and then the comapany that made the sale is taken over and someone starts seeking means to get back what was already sold. I know I would be in litigation if someone came to me and started a lawsuit over property I bought in good faith ... I know from your previous posts you have difficulty grasping the concept, but lets face it if you buy a house then someone else buys the company that bought the house to sell it to you, claiming the previous owner did not have the rights to sell it ...you would be in litigation as well .. its not that difficult to see what took place here. The Allgameplayers group were not involved in the original sale of the site, but seeing what was discovered after Sue did exploration found a way to play the game they are playing and dragging the thing out. I think based on what transpired the Sue group felt that the extortion would continue even if they did attempt to pay out the Allgameplayers .. it is not as simple as you seem to make it out to be when you are dealing with persons of questionable integrity. Now, we have CMM, who I admit to holding as well, and have held since before this game got started.. getting involved in what I consider to be an attempt to complicate the situation even more .. I think the questions you should be asking is what is CMM doing here? The fact as I see it is that someone is willing to make deals with shady characters and others are not. In the end, does the merger end the litigation or do the Sanchez group now start filing cases against CMM and their purchase .. it can still go on and on, that is what you have to recognize. The takeover does not guarantee that this thing gets settled .. there are still outstanding agreements between CMM and The Allgameplayers group. Just give that some thought, and not meant to be advice or antagonism, only an opinion from a different view. Also, for the record, I do not know or have I exchanged opinions with any of the other posters on this board other then in this public forum, and am not . And finally, there is no bash meant toward you or anyone else.
