RE: no deal - let''s hope!

RE: no deal - let''s hope!you're probably correct about the deal falling thru - but if another offer ever comes, it won't be anywhere near such generous terms. CMM is SUE's only viable alternative. The only other alternative is severe dilution to attempt to fund ongoing litigation for the next 5 years in which odds of success are slim. But hey, if that's what SUE shareholders want, they are welcome to it. When/if SUE shareholders vote it down (I sure hope they do for CMM's sake), they deserve to see their shares tank. The only thing supporting the share price at current prices is the extremely generous offer by CMM. They've lost their other so-called assets and they are fast running out of cash. And now that the market knows that PK is actively fighting SUE in the court, who on earth would want to back the guys with barely two nickels to rub together and have been booted off the property? I could see if SUE had won some of the recent court cases, or had some sort of near term exit strategy, but to spend another 5+ years in court borders on insanity.
