If that was the smartest decision made then how does the decision to make the offer rate?

So far the whole idea to take over Shahuindo has been a total failure when you consider this:

1. CMM has spent millions on an option to litigate, which would have been very useful at Lamaque.
2. CMM has spent a bundle on litigation.
3. CMM has created an aura of uncertainty which has negatively affected the stock price.
4. A lower share price has caused massive dilution by having to do private placements at very low prices.

I personally have not seen anything smart...........................Please point it out to me...................
