RE: Cappy finish your steak!!! Dec3

RE: Cappy finish your steak!!! Dec3December3 Said: Anyway allow me to answer your question about how the Shahuindo deal has been smart.

First, if CMM had been successful in taking over SUE or negotiating a deal with them CMM shareholders would have benefited tremendously.

I agree but the bottom line is that neither happened. As a CMM shareholder I want results and I don't care about what "would have been great" To date the result of this mess is big time dilution and a 23 cent share price.

December3 Said: Second, the CMM involvement with the Shahuindo property has been a godsend to SUE shareholders.

I'm a CMM shareholder that does not hold SUE shares so this is irrelevant to me.

December3 Said: So if the battle over the ownership of the Shahuindo property is resolved in 2008 outside of the courts, then the move by Peggy Kent was a brilliant one - for SUE shareholders!  Ironic as it is SUE shareholders might look back on this period of history and be thankful to Peggy Kent!

Again, I'm a CMM shareholder that does not hold SUE shares so this is irrelevant to me.

I should have phrased my question to ask how the Shahuindo deal was smart for CMM shareholders...........
