RE:You know this KOL event is probably pretty goodGood stuff to ponder...and,

I just have to say MM, that corruption blossoms in warm dark places where accountability takes a back seat to an argument around 1/10 ratios.  I appreciate that this company didn’t have the resources to staff out in the hundreds, but Dr. Phil is NOT so important as to be The binary that’s too big to fail: Where he either gets to take on more than (historically) he has a demonstrated competence in, or he’s out the door - on his own or through shareholder direction.  Plenty of people on this forum recognize that as company’s grow, you look at (review) the good & bad and figure out where changes are needed.  Dr. Phil realized he needed Dr.’s Witkowski and Wiseman, so he knows how to bring in experts.  Those on here saying “give him the boot” have discounted that fact to zero, and therefore we can discount their opinion accordingly.

But when does Dr. Phil get to confirm in himself “I’m above taking criticism from retail shareholders.”  Never.  Before the Can-of-worms BMWs pulled up and started flashing the inner lapels of their Hugo Boss outfits, we were the ones keeping this idea afloat.  And yes, the AGM is where we can say - “Hire someone who can pilot the sale of this outfit as well as you piloted the scientific team build.”  And that means get rid of the people hanging on because they introduced Frank to Phil.  That individual has been more that fairly compensated.  We, as retail shareholders, have not.  If the correcting of that imbalance makes some staff quit…they should have been shown the door long ago.  My sense is, they won’t leave just because people are asked to assume roles they are best suited (not just to Hugo Boss) for.
