I misjudged you . You are too articulate and witty to be Matthews . Matthews does not know the difference between a trowel and a towel. But you are close to Philip , I bet so close in fact that you see him everyday .
You believe everything he says . Ask him if he has kept his word with investors . Why is it so personal ?
As for the compensation package ... it is not bs. It is not for only new employees . It is for a board that has done nothing but looked away from the discretions of management . So much so that key people that were with the company for over many years just decide to move on when the company is supposedly going to make it big ? WhY did the board not address these issues and let them fester for all these years ? But now there has been no update or advancement for the past 7 months ( except Witowski - he's the only saving grace for the company).
Why does the company not fully list the detailed compensation package ?It is not on sedar. Why don't you ask Philip to post it on the company's website for shareholders to have a look at it before they vote ? Then there will be clarity ? Seems simple . What percent of the options and dsu go to existing board members , new board members, new employees ? What is the exact and total number of additional shares that will be added to the outstanding share float ? 30, 40 45 million shares ? Who are the consultants ? Is Ray Matthews considered a consultant ? What were the severance packages offered to the longterm staff that left ?
Shareholders have a right to know answers to these questions . Why the secrecy ? This is a publically traded company . It is not private . This is the only time shareholders can voice their concerns and it is with their vote.
Mudlogger be careful for what you ask for . It could cost you more than you think. If you want the truth , pm me from one female to another . But think it over carefully and ask Philip first . You will see his vioice get nervous and he won't look you in the eye . Trust and honesty is very important in any relationship be it professional or personal.
Too bad you don't have any shares to vote . This blog is driving him crazy . If he just did his job and and manage , deligate and execute as a CEO, only him and Frank are to blame. Frank is the chairman, Toleikis is the CEO , the buck stops with them .
At AGM, the shares and voting will be made public . If things were so dandy , the sp would be running higher into one of the most anticipated presentations from the clinical presenter the day before . But share price is down over 4% today with low anemic volume . The market is not anticipating anything new and in fact after AGM, with Tolekis regurgitating basically the February investor update, without addressing any of the issues on the blog , or providing a time line for the next corporate milestone update , sp will retest $1,20 imo.
Btw my barn shovel is doing a great job on the voting so far . Make sure you wear suntan lotion at the cottage this weekend . I hear it's going to be a scorcher .
