Accusing someone of "lying" in public can have huge repercussions and requires undisputeable proof or else you can very well get sued for deffamation.
To lie is to knowingly make false statements, but to make a statement that is false while you think it's true is not a lie.
If this gets out of hand, you'll have to prove that the Dr knowingly made false staements.

So Toleikis is not as crooked as Matthews and Hollar , he certainly is a key figure of the old boys club that controls and does the bidding for them .
Don't be fooled by the nice guy . He gets paid over $300 k as a CEO of a publically traded company to deliver to the shareholders not be a nice guy . And so far he has gotten us so far only on the back of Witowski . Past financings , IR blunders etc....

Ripix for the record , I stand by my statements and they are not false . The IP address can be subpoenaed by IIROC.... all they have to do his check Matthews and his families trading accounts positions before and after each financing since 2014. All the things said by either are recorded via messages or emails .
A statement of claim is responded by a statement of defence . There is an discovery ...and on and on. This is not my firsrt rodeo. Why Toleikis keeps Matthews still on in the company is such a liability. But they have the funds for lawyers now .
