I agree, that plan is really simple! At this point in time, would you want Dr. Toleikis to just sign whatever offer sheet he has, or do you want him to continue to negotiate? We are all so starved for a deal that I don't think I'd care at this point if he just took an offer even if its a little lower than what might be fair. I think getting on the other side of that hurdle already would yeild far better results than squeezing a few more cents out of a partner
