RE:RE:RE:Survey Says

RE:RE:RE:Survey SaysI think the only deal that could happen is securing cells or licensing our device to someone who already has cells.  Not really sure how this would help our share price as we already have licenced cells from UHN and have had them for a long time (2015). Yes 7 years ago. Also, it is worth noting that Vertex is conducting human trials with their stem cells without a device so makes you wonder if the device will even be needed in the future once the safety of stem cells improves.

There are clearly companies out there in need of a device but I'm not sure if Management is even considering licensing the use of it or else it would have been done by now in my opinion. My guess is that Spill wants to try to do everything himself at his snails pace and keep getting fat off his DSU and half a million annual salary.

So lets assume they do get cells or lease the device. It doesn't change the fact that we are still looking for patient 7 for our existing trial. They will need to file more paperwork to start another trial which will likely take a year or 2. There is no update regarding conformal coating so it's not like we can start a trial with stem cells and conformal coating so really we will be where Vertex is today at least a year or two later.

Spill needs to decide if he wants to be a device company or if he wants to try to cure diabetes. If we focused on being a device company, I bet we could have sold our company by now so clearly he is going to try go the full distance. The problem is the pace at which it's happening (or not happening).

Still waiting for:

- TSX Listing
- Patient 7 enrollment
- Conformal Coating update
- Age X update
- Patients 4,5,6 update
-Thyroid trial (which was supposed to be very quick and easy). Has been a year since Same was appointed.
- Hemo (is anything happening or is it dead?)
-2 Pharma collaboration update. Still going? Successful? Dead?

Makes you wonder what exactly has happened this year? What are they working on besides a supposed deal? Why are staff expenses going up when there is nothing to show for it? Let me guess, it's all under NDA. If spill had half a brain, he'd at least put out a company update every quarter but he prefers to keep everyone in the dark and just trust him. The second the stock has any liquidity, he'll be in trouble. Maybe that is why nothing is happening to address it.
