We can forget SVA listing on Nasdaq

SVA do not meet any of the 4 Standard Requirements.  Mgt  must concentrate on
getting an IR firm that can get the share price to equal a mkt cap close to $750M US min.
Pharma's are not going to offer $1B U.S. on a $1 Can stock .
We meed a Mkt Cap of  around $ 750M U.S. for them to pay a 30% premium.
YEs, looking at Semma & Sigilon we should be at least $1B U.S.
The Momentum is here now, Bioteck stocks are HOT.
The Bull Market is still intact, we need to move now before the Crash comes.

I'm doubting you know how acquire a pubco since you think it is always a mathematical multiple of sp. It is all about the value that the acquisition company can bring coupled with what the acquirer can pick it up at - neither of which you know.

spot on Eunice. A buyout comes at whatever price a company is willing to pay. Aside from that the most likely scenarios for a buyout if substantive starts flowing are 1) somebody writes a check that starts a bidding war or 2) somebody writes a check that just blindsides and knocks out the competition. Otherwise, we just ride the news waves.
