It's my understanding that part of the rules in the USA is that when a company opts to roll back shares the share authorization also gets rolled back.

So did I along with every SVBL shareholder I know.
Being that they are the only PM related stock on my watch list that is trading in the green today
leads me to believe that the 'yesses' won. hopefully, we'll get a PR sooner than later.
