RE:International arbitrationWell, either one of two things happens...
A) we win some % of the $178mm being sought and Mexico cleans up the blockade and we push through with the project.
B) we win some % of the $$ being sought, Mexico drags their feet in cleaning up the blockade and management throws in the towel and either sells to the highest bidder or simply divides the cash in the coffers by the number of outstanding shares and cuts a one time payment to all shareholders and then dissolves the company.
I doubt Mexico would not clean up their act, and there will always be ample buyers to acquire lucrative projects. But, we would be getting a nice payout if the option to close shop were to be pursued.
Clearly we'll be awarded a certain amount due to damages, the question remains how much. I am hoping for 50% or higher, but realistically it could be as low as 25%. Let's see what happens.
