I might have to throw this dog a bone........and trust me, this is a DOG.  But, even a dog beaten to within an inch of its life can still recover and they do have at least some silver to their name.

Unfortunately, South 32 owns 70% of that zinc.  We are the red-headed stepchild in this deal and the share price (after the boondoggle known as the Arras spinoff commenced) has reacted accordingly. Hate to cut myself off at the knees here, but if I were South 32, I'd try to scoop up the remaining 30% for a song.  You'll have enough backwards shareholders signing off on a loss

You're right about Sierra Mojada, just wishing for a good price for the 30% not yet sold at S32. For the Arras shares, this does not mean that they would have no value, but like you I wonder how it could be realized since these shares cannot currently be sold. I think they could be valued between 0.5 (price retained during distribution by SVB) and 1 Cad retained for the placement in December
