RE:Brad Siim now going to adopt personal Adsp planUnfortunately this is another example of how management does not care about the shareholder or creating value for us. If creating value for shareholders was anywhere on their radar, management would be fully aware of the negative optics conveyed through the activity of their ADSP programs. It is clear to me that the selling of SVC shares by management is a way to monetize their remuneration package. If the management team at SVC had any foresight to protect the company share price, they would implement an alternative way to compensate management to avoid the perceived negativity that comes with senior management selling shares. If they were truly concerned with creating shareholder value, Dave and company would have the gumption to institute a ban on management from selling any shares of Sandvine and actually begin buying up shares at these "bargain prices" relative to the bought deal share price of $3.30. Mr. Caputo, steer this ship from the shoals and get the SP back to where it belongs. Or get out of your own way and hire someone who knows how to market the company properly and drive up the share value.
