It owns a portfolio of hotels and net lease service and necessity-based retail properties. The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

How would that translate in a reduction of that size? These guys read these Bullboards and are well aware of how disgruntled shareholders are. They just don't care. They are masters of manipulation . The stock goes up and down because that's how they want it. A ten dollar stock is not what they want.  You can bet on one thing, this will go down further before it goes back up. The love buying it back around $2.30   Once enough has been bought a stellar first quarter is right behind.  Look at the ten year history, it is obvious. 


I was going to say it would have been good the last few years to be buying at $2.50 and selling at $3.50 but I kept thinking they could hit that $4.
