RE:Another Day of $4.25

RE:Another Day of $4.25$4.15 per share is still a hell of a deal for the latest bidder. This offer amounts to roughly $512 million Cdn for a company with net current assets of $162 million US, $156 million US of it being in cash. Back that out from the offered purchase price of $512 million Cdn, including f/x of 30%, that translates into a value for the Sandvine business of $300 million Cdn. WAY TOO CHEAP!!!! A big no vote for my small time 23,000 shares. The takeout price should be at least $6.25 per share. ($1.75 for the cash plus $4.50 for the actual business) Here's to hoping one of the big players with their multi billion dollar war chests see this action, chuckle and then offer $750 million US for Sandvine. Pocket change for a Cisco type of player. JMHO GLTA
