the way I read the leaves
It is not what the street is saying it is what the company told us. This was an unsolicited deal. There was no urgent requirement for new funding . The co. knows what is on their horizon as to new products, customers, and earnings and the time frames. They also know that any dilution is going to kill momentum and put a ceiling on the stock. [ In their opinion only a temporary condition.] They must have felt that they weren't going to go much higher, as who would take $3.30 if something that was going to push you over $4.00 was coming out soon. They grabbed some easy money but in my opinion they established a ceiling that is going to require some solid quarters to break through. To me the the" take out " factor is more compelling than their history of execution. I am not yet invested although I have kicked the tires for many years. The funny thing was that when I decided to switch horses from CDV to SVC they came out with their deal. I'm in cash now trying to figure things out. I've valued SVC at about a 20% discount to deal or around $2.75 and CDV around $3.40 after q1 results. I know I'm going to have to be patient with them but I can daytrade ac while waiting. These are my opinions . I have been right ...I have been wrong.... I wish every one the best . Dusty.
