Have you been watching how our standard of living has been dropping and how our resources sector has been treated. Their reason ,no doubt,is to stop people like you from saying "Only in Canada". Can you think of any other reason? But they will stop their nonsense pretty soon ; just give them some time. Given how slow they are, they will wake up when the natural resources sector is 99% foreign owned and they'll have no choice but to kow tow to the new powers running this land.
