RE: IN US FUNDS

RE: IN US FUNDSand t.svm traded 1MM shares today (of the 3-for-1's, that is). Amazing, I frequently talk with American's (mostly wrt business), and do so several times each week -- few of them have any clue that their currency is tanking (I see, CD$ = US$1.0610 now). From Dan Akroyd's character in "Tommie Boy" (yes, I know, no Academy Awards or anything, but good quote)...."What the American Public doesn't know is exactly what makes them the American Public". "How much more can I borrow against my house, and how much more of my income will then be sheltered by the additional, tax-deductible interest I will be paying." -- that's all they seem to want to know. Seems scary sometimes.
