Obama' rescue plan

Obama' rescue planThey just dont get it do they.  Add another half trillion to the debt, and oh yeah lets cut the taxes that can service the debt.  I think there is a strong possibility of another U.S. revolution over this mess.  Cutting taxes is not the answer here (and yes I know short term it can stimulate the economy).  But long term they have to be raised to finance the debt and there is no way citizens are going to stand for that.  Remember prior to the 08 crisis most of the free world was hell bent on a carbon tax except for the U.S.  Other than the U.S. the rest of the world knows that its citizens are peons (like Cndn citizens) and would gladly pay an emission/carbon tax (bcuz hey we have to do our part to save this world while china, india, russia and brazil pollute the hell out of it - does it really make sense?).  Anyway taxes have to go up one way or another and the carbon tax will be the politically correct way to do it.  The world just has to get back a foot hold on reality b4 they start talking about more taxation to foot the debt.  The real question though is will we ever get that foot hold again?  Through all this mess gold and silver march higher!
