Lead Legals: K & L Gates

Lead Legals: K & L GatesReally pleased to hear the firm retained to lead. 9th largest firm in U.S. William Gates Sr (yeah, Microsoft's dad) is a founding partner. They work in securities and investment industry, mutual funds and energy (amongst many areas) but they have carved a niche of late in successfully suing anonymous internet bloggers. One law website suggests that SVM and K & L Gates must be very confident in their bold 'early' move, because it could backfire if securities regulators discovered anything against SVM. Sure -- even more confidence in SVM then for the investment community. Apparently, Rui wasn't kidding when he stated in his first BNN interview on this defamation matter (directed to the 'criminals'): "I'm coming to get you!"
