RE: Lead Legals: K & L Gates Word is Stephen J. Crimmins is the lead at K & L Gates on this. A top guy in securities litigation. He was with SEC for 14 years before joining the firm 10 years ago. Made it all the way to Chief Deputy Litigation Lawyer for SEC's Enforcement Division. He's worked both sides of the street. The firm will have their anonymous blog defamation team working with SVM as well.
