As least they tell him to his face that everyone knows he is selling his short position in SVM by referring to Alfred Little et al and calling it "interesting" -- such an a-hole .... "I have to state our position in the stock if we have one...." not, a-hole, if you are only going to say (sorry, "tweet") something is "interesting" -- either support the allegation, denounce it, or don't say anything at all. Don't say "interesting allegations" and "I am short" (as in "I want the sheeple to sell/short as well to improve my position, but I don't want to go to get sued by SVM like the others because I know this company is clean). A real smart aleck. I suppose he's even smarter to say he's steering clear of Russia. That part (at the end) was at least a little funny. (And I don't think a cage in court is what he's worried about re: Russia; it's the pine box / concrete ankle weights in the river.
