This line is what concerns me, "Based on current and anticipated market conditions and management's projections, the Company expects to have sufficient liquidity to meet its currently anticipated needs for the next twelve months." Twelve months is a long time but the fact that they have a possible end point as long as everything stays the same or gets better. What if things get worse though? I like it and I want it but this might be too risky for me at these prices and a possible end time.
Unfortunately, it's possible the acquisition of "Royal Enveloppe" will put them into a struggling liquidity situation when combined with COVID-19.
COVID-19 might also fasten the transition to digital for sectors who still used letters, which might reduce sales faster in the near futur even post-COVID.
They also seem to have limited traction with their new business, which hopefully improves with their new hire, but you would think with the higher number of parcels due to COVID-19 that their numbers would improve there.
As a result, I've also sold recently at a large % loss because without a dividend and imo at least a year away from a sizable improvement in share value. I'm still following and may jump back in depending on how the share price evolves or the progress they make with durabox.
