When the NCIB started

When the NCIB startedlast August there were 28,130,469 shares issued .  It wouldn't take a large investment for someone to take this private and eliminate the expenses of maintaining a TSE listing .

I believe SXP will be gone before the end of the year .

Normal Course Issuer Bid On August 13, 2020, the Company announced that it has received approval from the TSX to purchase by way of a NCIB, for cancellation, up to 1,406,523 of its common shares, representing approximately 5.0% of its 28,130,469 issued and outstanding common shares as of August 12, 2020.
