RE:Shareholder proposal negotiationAs a long term investors I would be concerned about removing the flexibility from the management and Board. Among their responsibilities is the efficient use of capital and any requirement to buy back shares might impede their efforts to get the highest return on the capital available in the event of an alternate use possibility. 

We are fortunate to have seasoned and competent leadership who can allocate capital in a wholesome fashion. Do we want to tie their hands? Obviously your suggestion would help a short term investor, however, they have a duty to act for the long term benefit of the co..
