“A Compelling Value Proposition”

“A Compelling Value Proposition”That is how the CEO described the Royal acquisition on the conference call. Clearly the emphasis has been on expanding the packaging side yet he could not pass up this opportunity on the envelope side. Given the embedded value in the legacy business already, this sounds incredible going forward. He was clear that packaging is where the forward growth should be expected and is pursuing the same presently. Cenveo, having exited Chapter 11, must be in trouble again but was not mentioned on the call. However the new business is coming from somewhere! Interesting times!
