Quiet board

So where does Supremex go from here.
Stagnant with low trading volumes at current levels of $3.50 or less. Yesterday someone dumped 30,000 shares at market all the way down to $3.26.

We have 2 whales who control more than 30% of shares. Are they content in current status quo.

Too quiet. No insider activity either. I assume the new shareholder is having discussions with the board of directors about the strategic proposals he wants taken up at the AGM. Stay tuned. I'm not sure why anyone would sell now, before this plays out (other than out of boredom).

Last year, AGM was in may. therefore you have 2 months to wait

The AGM is scheduled for April 28 (see SEDAR filing). The record date to vote at the meeting is March 24. I would hope they would give some disclosure on special matters to be considered at the meeting before the record date. That would mean news within the next week! GLTA
