I think if the SP doesn't increase in the mid term, some one like Eng house, Constellation, open text, or one of the other software consolidators could easily take a run at this company. Good cash generator with a much lower comparative valuation. Any of these companies could aquire SYZ at a premium, while still providing immediate per share accretion to their own metrics.
