NCIB good news

While a lot of companies don't have cash we have recently had a dividend increase and now the company is buying shares...good news!!!

Love this stock. Under the radar. Great dividend. Tons of cash. No debt. Right sector. Should show decent growth for the next few qtrs given the small but very disciplined aquisition. Also showed considerable traction last qtr. I think we'll hit 15 by year end and much higher if another larger aquisition is made.

NCIB is always good news. For several years, Sylogist has announced a new NCIB each year for buyback of upto 10% of outstanding shares, usually in the month of May, except this year when a renewal was not initiated earlier. Lotus, why they didn't buy in March And April is a good question.  They could of had a potential acquisition that fell apart or something.  Of course no one thought that the stock markets would be at or near all time highs this fast maybe they were anticipating another leg down (which still may happen).  Either way the balance sheet is super strong and cash flow solid and ...more
