New CEO Assessment

Bill Wood has lots of experience especailly with mergers and acquistions so he should be good for SYZ and its cash hoard. Although SYZ was considering selling themselves, we think more value can be created through growth and acquistions and Wood's arrival gives us more confidence in this approach.
