Sylogist is obviously the most underrate stock in the TSX

While Sylogist continues to make record profits and pays great dividends relative to its price, the stock continues to plummet to record low levels as opposed to climbing to the optimum price of $15 a share.

As a result of stock that should be increasing in price, but continues to plunge for no reason, Sylogist is obviously the most underrated stock on the TSX.
