I hope so!  But wouldn't they have to announce it? How soon after fully subscribing and selling the additional I believe $5 million worth of shares do they have to announce it?
 

If it is fully subscribed, can sz theoretically hold off on announcing so as a favour to allow the brokers to acquire more millions in shares at the lower price?
