Could you please explain to me what good could be in making us wait to the very last minute for any PR, all the time? "A small glitch", as JHT said this morning. Why not have taken 2 days in advance in case there was a small glitch - JUST LIKE LAST TIME. I *understand very well* when something does not go like in the plan, but why never tell what the real challenges are, always wait until the last minute.. Hmm...
