RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The 2:1 consolidation

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The 2:1 consolidationI didn't mean offense, I saw you write something about only having half after and I figured thats what you meant. Listen I get it, we all do, i would much prefer our sp hit $6 without any consolidation and skip right onto the Naz without any trouble. But if we hit $2 or $3 and we have a chance to get on the Naz for a brief window, why wouldn't we want that? With how volatile we can be we could hit those highs really easily and then flip to the naz after a quick consolidation and immediately stabilize from there. With a delay of having to hold another vote over the course of several months we could miss the opportunity because of that very same volatility. Think about it like us using our volatility to our advantage to lock in a high on the naz. Once we get on the naz it would immediately stabilize the sp above the uplist price, which I'm sure we all want. Well everyone but shorts and day traders lol Everyone can vote however they want, I'm not one to tell people what to do, already way too much of that going on here and I've always called that out so I'm not going to say we should all vote for it Or not vote for it. Vote your conscience. I just want folks to understand why they ask for it, and why it's better to have it ready before we need it.

The problem is that the share price tends to drift back down to the pre-consolidation price due to the “artificial” increase resulting from a RS, especially when there is negative sentiment already and the price has been on a steady decline for 2 months. Also, call me greedy but as a believer in this company, who expects it to be successful in the long term, I want ALL my shares! I don’t care that the total value of my investment doesn’t change on the day of the RS, I’m thinking about months and years down the road!

That’s why I say we should all vote against. If there is a definite opportunity to go to naz in the future, like if we get to the $2+ range, then sure let’s do the consolidation. But again, if we vote to pass now and they decide to roll it back way sooner than that, well then we are all SOL. Looking like fools saying "but he promised" waiting on the curb for Tripp to come take us to Nasdaqland.... Why take the chance?
