Your implying these "poop in a box" people are buying up companies because they know their "poop in a box" way of testing is dying out and they need something that makes them money.
Kind of like how Stagezero knew they made no money besides covid testing and bought out CARE that generated $1M per quarter before the companies were merged and now after the merger generates in total $1M per quarter.
If "poop in a box" thinks their tests are going the way of the dodo bird then why dont they buy out Stagezero? Stage has the "superior" test after all?
How much has that test made them though?
Maybe 8 cents a share is too rich for "poop in the box" company.
