I believe you can still sign in and change your vote.   And my vote does matter I have a significant amount of shares.  

Not voting for Tripp won't outst him as ceo just not enable him to be a director but sends a strong message 

I don't see the downside of gem owning more shares.  They would want to increase the price not lower.  If people are worried about manipulation they could do that now.
