Jonny do you have an excuse as to why Stagezero released a NR in August of 2021 saying CARE Oncology brought in $4M a year but when I asked Tripp on the last conference call about that number and how they cannot bring in at least $1M a quarter with both companies he said "I dont think we ever said that cause thats wrong no way did they bring in that much money"
How does a ceo not remember something like that? That purchase and shift literally started the 99% drop in shareprice. It was a major defining moment in the wrong direction and he has no memory of that?
And hey lets say he did forget, he is a busy guy but I have sent emails multiple ones after that and I believe others here have as well and I havent had a response yet.
As an investor I am left unsatisfied.
1. Was it a lie? Looks like it was to me
2. Was it a mistake? If so then why will they not address it? Maybe there is a valid reason for it?
3. How drastically were they off? How much did they make last quarter again? $700K? So if Stagezero portion only brings in $200K then they reported CARE's revenues incorrect by 100%? How is that possible?
As an investor and after losing the amount I did in warrants recently I believe that I and others are entitled to not be lied to and right now I feel lied to and I also feel that the company shows no remorse or cares about lying to me and others.
