99.6% drop?  Yes, from the all-time high in 2015.  Otherwise a 96% drop from the 3-year high.

Constant lies?  Not sure.  But definitely a few misrepresentations for sure (and some material).  Intent is hard to prove.  [I didn't follow the Oncore deal.  but the $4m Care revenues is tricky because it could be that Care made $4m before StageZero acquired part of the business - we only know that NRs and James mentioned $4m but no additional details provided].

Not sure James can turn this around without significant help.  He needs to step back and hire two experienced officers - a CCO (chief commericial officer) & a COO.  Dip into the GEM funding, get established people with a proven track record and pay them well.  Have the compensation packages structured so that it rewards results.

James also needs to dip into his own pockets and start buying significant shares in the public market (1m+).

Can StageZero become profitable and turn around (even with a Cancer test)?  For sure.  Won't be easy and will take some time.  Better and different leadership is required.
