This is a very good sign and it's what I was expecting as well.  I'm thinking we will close much higher than we are now today as well, because people are scared that they drop a NR of new products / partners in the weekend or before market opens.

But when will this be? Wasnt this supposed to be closed by now? Or is this another case of the not reporting when they say again. maybe you are right, maybe they will hit us with some good news monday.  They did that with Q2.   here is hoping and another reason why TD being down so I cant put another $500 into the stock sucks more.

Thanks Brad.  So, according to the Short Form Prospectus, the PP could close as late as Jan. 17, 2021.  In the big picture, that's certainly not very long to wait, versus the prospects of waiting for a CC following the Q4 report that is due by the end of March, 2021.  More opportunity for longs to accumulate shares from impatient traders/investors.  GLTA!

so your saying we could have to wait 2 months before the PP is closed?

Genuine question/ concern here, Do major institutions invest in a PP at a certain price if the stock is strading .10 - .15 cents below the offering? if an institution has agreed to buy at a certain price but the shares go down the way they have today, do they have the option to back out and just buy at the lower price? would this be a risk of not having anybody participate in the offering

Good question, my guess is they can reevaluate the offering as they just did with the warrants, not sure, apparently they had 1/2 filled so hopefully they are committed to the future of the company.

I have no idea but I would imagine the big buyers at 75 cents arent happy right now at all.  I dont feel that sorry for them though I bought in way higher than that and Im not a big group or investor. They could had got a lot more shares for 63 cents a share instead. I wonder if them buying in at 75 cent offering only puts a cap on what they have to pay. If the stock had gone up to 90

That is indeed a fair question.  I think that the key here is that if someone wanted to buy a few thousand or tens of thousands of shares, they could grab some right now at a good price.  A few at a time, if they are patient.  The risk is that the SP elevates in the meantime, raising their ACB, and possibly even resulting in the proverbial "missing the boat" if a positive

well all that means is that we remain in the "maybe next quarter is the quarter" then.  I can feel myself aging quicker thinking about this stock all day every day.
