Patience with this one

this stock is a 10 Bagger and warrants 100 baggar. Nevermind covid testing. They got a liquid biopsy test that tests for 10 types of cancer in a single sample of blood early detection. It's coming out quarter 1 2021 after 20 years of research. Grail was just acquired for 8 billion US and they do the exact same thing yet StageZero is ahead of them! This is a gem

Not sure how the warrants will be 100 bagger which means $5.00.  That would mean the share price would need to be over $40 which would mean shares would be a 50 bagger but love the enthusiasm.

this can't be right at all. That would mean .wt would have an exercise price of $35 which is obviously not the case
Comment by BoredAccountGuy on Dec 30, 2020 5:58pm
wrong. There's SZLS.wt The exercise price is $1.10 per share. SZLS.wt is currently trading for 5.5 cents. If the stock goes to $6.10 the warrants should be at least $5.50 which would make it a 100 bagger
Comment by skier59 on Dec 30, 2020 6:20pm
Sorry you're wrong dude. takes 8 warrants to get 1 common share. So if the SP is $6.10 the warrants should be $6.10 - .72 = $5.38 / 8 = 67 cents = 10 bagger like the common. However, I'm invested in both the common and the warrant. Reason being, is that let's say you sell 10,000 shares at 72. $7200/.06 = 120,000 warrants If and when the SP gets to $10.....and I want to cash out. 120 ...more

So you can see that buying warrants at this stage, if you believe in the company, actually can generate almost $40,000 more profits if/when the SP hits $10.
Comment by BoredAccountGuy on Dec 30, 2020 6:23pm
where is the data that says does it takes 8 warrants to get 1 common share
Comment by skier59 on Dec 30, 2020 6:29pm
The Consolidation of the Shares of 8 to 1 did this to the Warrants. Like you said, they were at a conversion price of 9 cents prior to the Consolidation x 8 (the consolidation ratio) = 72 cents current conversion price.

Put it all this way, if the Market thinks SONA is worth $1.50 per share, we are worth atleast 5 times that value today. So buy em and hold em ;)
Comment by BoredAccountGuy on Dec 30, 2020 6:31pm
exactly. So each warrant for 5.5 cents is an option to buy the stock at 72 cents You don't need 8 warrants plus 72 cents to buy 1 stock that would make no sense
Comment by skier59 on Dec 30, 2020 6:46pm
No you have it all wrong. You need 8 warrants to buy 1 share. Right now it seems odd because you look at the short term. Let's say you are thinking I buy 8,000 warrants @ 6 cents. Those 8,000 warrants are really only 1000 shares when you exercise them, so today it doesn't seem to make sense, because your break-even price is now, current SP 73 cents + exercise price 72 cents= $1.45 per ...more

I understand just never heard of that before where you need more than 1 warrant to exercise for a stock. So would that mean the WS warrants have higher growth potential then

ya. Quite disappointing. That's a big detail I missed. Just never heard of that before where you need more than 1 warrant to exercise for a share
Comment by skier59 on Dec 30, 2020 7:08pm
Put it this way, if you plan on Investing for the long term and you believe the company SP will exceed $2 within the next 2 years then these Warrants will give you more total profits, but you will need to have the cash available to pay the exercise price when the time comes. An RRSP actually is a good play on this because you get the immediate tax deduction, so in hindsite the warrants cost you ...more

based on the chart pattern the stock is going to hit at least $2.50 come April
Comment by scarri101 on Dec 30, 2020 9:07pm
[/quote that is so funny !!! April !! still surprised you guys are still holding ... bitcoin is at 28k the trend is your friend !! no one here made money since last march .. so give it a break !!
Comment by yakk145 on Dec 30, 2020 9:09pm
2.50 hmmmmm isnt that low?
Comment by BoredAccountGuy on Dec 30, 2020 9:16pm
I'm saying at minimum. My target is actually $6.20
Comment by skier59 on Dec 30, 2020 8:26pm
Put it this way in regards to the RRSP. When time comes that you need or want to exercise your Warrants, say it $10,800 as discussed. You then have that $10,800 invested into your RRSP whereby you get that Tax Deduction for the year invested. So, in reality, the Total Investment of those 120,000 Warrants or 15,000 Shares is reduced by $10,800 x your taxable income rate, bring down your total ...more

I have 318000 warrants I own Bitcoin as well. And FOOD. And LUCK. And much more The cup and handle with falling wedge pattern on SZLS, monthly higher lows over 5 years and tightening triangle pattern is too hard to ignore. It's going to explode significantly higher very soon
