The timing of NRs does not seem to be a consideration for him despite his stated desire to one day have a NASDAQ listing. Agreed.  Tripp should be making an announcement of a partnership, or maybe some interm reveenue numbers or just an operational update.  Than a HALT with the announcement of Aristotle and than more announcements of partnerships.  Is he really going to wait until the end of March??
