AGM expedited probably to vote on acquisition, the market is not impressed  this was a catch 22 for Jim, he's got my vote but I may be the 1%

This could not have been bungled any worse than he has. if he is still CEO after the next vote, people have not been following. i have been long here for a few years now and he has missed every target. he is an over promise under deliver kinda guy.
