SZLZ never releases anything in a timely manner why now?

To release two back-to-back releases right before earnings stinks of desperation. Its as if they know the market is going to hammer them and they are trying to mitigate the disaster to follow

Putting eyes on the stock before news on Monday. Hardly desperate.

They do it every time. Will they convince people to buy into the stock and move it up a bit before it comes crashing down after Q3 or will people not buy it this time and the stock wont go up at all before Q3 and will just go down after. The only good sign is them not releasing Q3 today as if investors will forget they suck during the weekend.
