Took over 2 hrs
To fill a measly 22,000 shares to top up one TFSA account, hopefully we have hit the bottom.

just pointing out, people aren't running to exit also on the flip side people aren't taking on positions either. I expected a lot more upward pressure from the pumpers filling up the latest opening in TFSA contribution room.

It depends where we're headed... there isn't much buying pressure on this stock since Aristotle, regardless of the fundamentals or catalysts.

If this is true, doesn't the company have to issue a news release? This would be material.

They did on Nov 26. This is just the SEC official filing of the recent private placement.

Then why is the answer "no" to the question "Is this offering being made in connection with a business combination transaction, such as a merger, acquisition or exchange offer?" Reading is fundamental.
