Always the very last second, rules state March 31st deadline they don't state prior to open the next day, can they not get their shyt together?

I guess if they release it just before the stoke of midnight on the 31st the technically would be ok..and since you can't really trade before the open of April 1st ...does it really matter? Regardless..its always the last minute no doubt..but this is not a suprise ....its expected imo unfortunately

This is the farthest thing from being a surprise.  Time and time again Stage management shows what a joke they are.  Pretty sure Tripp would push it to the last second if he ran a buisness with 2 employees out of his mothers basement.  How hard is it to have your accounting in place to report maybe a day early.
