darn, I will be driving back home then. Well that is if they actually have this meeting on June 7.  Maybe tomorrow they will come out with another NR saying how the meeting is postponed!  Can someone please try to call in and ask about the $4M per year from CARE news release and how that was a total lie as per the last conference call.  We have an oportunity to push them on this

Gimme a break Chico. Maybe you can pull over on a bridge at 2pm and call in to relieve some of the pressure under your collar. Ask about the 4 million from Care, ask about the warrants yourself. If it means that much to you, you'll take the time and make the call.

Um I'm the guy that asked him about the $4M on the last conference call that led to him letting the cat out of the bag that they had lied to investors when they released the NR about $4M a year by CARE. Im also the person that emailed them asking about warrants and was told that they are thinking about it that I shared with the board. I forget though what have you shared with the board other

Well that's strange.  Why would we want to follow along, just state the results of the vote.  Especially when I think Tripp and some of the directors are not going to be happy with their percentage of acceptance for them to continue.  Is there an annouvcement coming at the meeting otherwise just another snooze fest with unhappy shareholders listening to Tripp.  Tripp
