The algos are fine tuned trading this down. On the daily chart they take it to oversold or near oversold, buy it up a few pennies and that cools the RSI off enough to take the price even lower with the RSI not going oversold. Classic step down.
3 month chart was close to oversold ($22.83 close) on Friday with the RSI at approx 31.5, yesterday they closed it up .20 and took the RSI to 35.5. Today they have us down to 22.73 and the RSI is still at 32.8. It looks like they are going to work it back to the low of 22.28 from Aug 4. JMO
