This just in.....part of a msg to telus workers... This has been an extremely prolonged set of negotiations - the parties have been at the table for more than three years - and team members have demonstrated tremendous patience during this period. As the conciliation process draws to a close, there is an expectation that TELUS will table a comprehensive offer with the TWU for team members' consideration, and today, TELUS informed the conciliators and the TWU that the company intends to table its final offer before January 30. Pretty amazing...the company has waited till now to present a comprehensive offer? This is pretty miserable even by Red's standards.
