RE: Meetings.......Red...it's amazing that you missed the importance of what is happening in Vancouver...Telus is actually negoiating, not just putting a "take it or leave it offer" on the table. Rumor has it that since Darren's wife left him to go back to England, Darren does not want another failure in his list of achievements. With the entry of Shaw into the telephone business, Telus needs to roll out its Telus TV and has set a modest target of less than 100,000 subscribers. Can you imagine rolling out a new product and then having a lockout? Red, Telus has a business plan....they have to get it done....the pressure is on Telus not the TWU, who have waited for 4 years, what's another year or two?
